This grill is equipped with an advanced technology ceramic Trident burner and a multi-position valve that provide a full range of control over the heat output. This exclusive feature allows temperatures to be set for the high intensity heat needed for searing steaks down to gentle temperatures desired for cooking fish and poultry.
This model also includes a Dual Position Rotisserie with Heavy-Duty 3 Speed Motor and Rear Infrared Burner, electronic ignition, a large capacity smoker box for smoking and flavoring foods. The stainless steel grates are easily removed for cleaning.
